We exist to repaint the reputation of our industry and improve the quality of life for our team by demonstrating a different way to do business.

the process

Project Review

Our team will review the photos you’ve supplied to determine the scope of work. We also make sure to define the access points and equipment requirements for a smooth process. Once accepted, we define our expected available start date.

Customer Contact

We'll walk you through our process of work. We let you know if there are any special requirements; we help you by mapping out colours and finishes and we make sure that any project timeline we predict is 100% agreed upon by the client as well.

On Boarding

Before any work begins we create the project with Safety SWMS. This is a document outlining the proper procedures to safely perform specific work-related tasks. Clients are entered in scheduling and accounting software and insurance builders are contacted on start date.

Delivery

After the onboarding, all equipment and machinery will be set up (if required). We debrief clients on the daily progress of the project. If multiple workdays are needed, we'll clean everything up at the end of each day.

Off Boarding

Finally, we walk you through the changes to ensure everything is completed and checked off from our checklist. Before and after photos are uploaded into our scheduling software. We also email the completed photos and SWMS to the insurance builder. Once done, we'll invoice you within 48 hours of job completion.
