Are you fully insured and licenced to do the work?

Yes, we are. You can rest easy!

We have public liability insurance which covers any unlikely accident that may happen on your project, and WorkCover insurance for our staff. We are fully licenced by QBCC and NSW Fair Trading for the projects we complete.

Do you work in my area?

We cover the Northern NSW region from Ballina to Tweed Heads, the Gold Coast, Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. We also travel throughout Australia upon request.

What is included in your estimate?

Our estimates are purposely set out to be clear and easy to understand, stating our inclusions and exclusions, payment terms and the project’s estimated time of completion. Your tailored estimate will have a full description of the work, the number of coats to be applied and the estimated project timeline.

This way, you’ll know what you’re getting from the start to avoid any unnecessary confusion during the process.

Can you provide advice on colours?

What type of paint do you use?

We only use top-of-the-range quality paint and other products: we don’t give you budget tradeline paints like some other companies. We’re all about the highest quality to give you the longevity and washability you deserve.

How will you protect my home from paint splatter?

We will tape and drop film plastic and lay clean drop sheets over all your finished surfaces so you know that you’re all protected before we start.

What do I need to do before the project starts?

We request that you remove all delicate/breakable items and objects from the walls and move large items to the centre of the room (including curtains and blinds).

 

As a general rule, we need one metre of space from the walls to gain good access to paint.

Can my pets remain on the property while you paint?

Yes, we can work with them there! We do ask that you don’t have them wandering around while we work, as we wouldn’t want them to get painted in the process.

Let us know if you have any pets on the property. We’ll make sure to keep any gates and doors closed during the project.

What safety measures will be in place?

Our staff work to strict safety procedures and are trained to detect safety issues before they arise. Safety is the top priority on all our projects.

Can I trust your team?

Totally! Our tradesmen are qualified and trained in our quality painting systems, so in the end, you’ll never know which one of them worked on your project. They will take care of your premises as if it’s their own.

Do you hire subcontractors or outsource your work?

No, we don’t outsource our projects. This is to ensure that each project is done according to our extremely high-quality standards.

In our opinion, involving a subcontractor takes direct control away from your project, and they may work off margins and cut corners that may not result in the quality job you are looking for.

How often should my house be painted?

We recommend having your property painted every 7-10 years, depending on your location.

Should we paint before carpeting/flooring or after?

It makes more sense to paint first and lay carpet/flooring after, as we can paint right down to your skirting boards and architraves.

Do you offer a warranty on your work?

Yes, we offer warranties backed by our suppliers on all our work.

What maintenance/paint care is required once our project is completed?

We will provide you with a paint care process upon completion of the project so you know how to maintain your paintwork and when and how to clean it.

How does your payment process work?

We will invoice you once the job is done. Payment is required on completion of the project.
